My aim and purpose is not to change how you look but create a healthier more confident you by working on your skin health, volume where it is required and softening and preventing ageing lines that appear with time. 

I do not have a purpose to make you appear perfect or drastically change the way you appear. I believe that each and every one of us has an innate beauty and it is my job as a medical professional to not fill you with insecurities as many social media sites do these days.

My approach is to assess your skin, your anatomy and your personal goals, tailored to you personally with realism and honesty. 

More so now than ever I believe that aesthetics needs to be balanced and real with your health and wellness at the centre of your goals using a range of tools and trusted and high end products and personal experience.

Our purpose is to empower everyone to feel as confident in their individual beauty as possible through natural-looking facial aesthetic treatments.

Saffron Heighes

Hi, I’m Saffron and I’m the company owner and practising nurse prescriber and injector at Skin Trinity.

I qualified as a general nurse over 30 years ago and spent over 25 years in the field of accident and emergency in central london as a senior nurse practitioner.

I started in aesthetics 17 years ago and gradually this has become my full time job as it’s gives me so much pleasure to spend time with patients and help them with their aesthetic goals. 

I have continually updated my skills and practice to provide you with up to date and current treatments available, I’m a member of the BACN and currently undergoing a level 7 aesthetic qualification with Harley Academy.

I am told I have a kind, friendly, competent manner to make you feel at ease and comfortable with any treatment being carried out, I’m open and honest and can help and signpost for other health conditions that affect our well being.

I currently practice from my home in Kingston, from clinics in Teddington, Weybridge, central London and  Beaconsfield.

I’m also a mum of 3 and my other loves are walking in nature, family, good food and Norfolk!

Whether you are young and looking for fuller lips, are concerned about lines and wrinkles appearing or you are beginning to notice a loss of volume in the face around the cheeks and eyes, I give you advice on up to date treatments enabling you to decide on your programme of rejuvenation.
I believe that looking good and feeling great should be accessible to everyone and can advise on diet, lifestyle and skin care to enhance your skin condition. Your well-being is my priority.
